Due to the severe weather Crusaders’ December 18th game against London Eastside Eagles is postponed.

All tickets for the game are valid for Crusaders’ next home game, which will either be a rescheduled match against the Eagles on an as of yet unknown date, or January 22nd against the Westminster Warriors.

The Medway Park Crusaders, who currently sits in a promotion spot in National League Division 2, are looking to expand their fan base in Medway:

“When we relocated to Medway from Canterbury, we knew that it would be a challenge to create a new fan base”, says Director of Promotion with Crusaders, Mads Olesen.

“We believe we have a great product on the court, and the Medway Park facility is a great home venue, but the public in Medway are not yet used to go watch basketball on a Saturday night. Our goal is to change this over the course of the rest of the season, which is why we have sent out a number of free tickets to each of Medway’s 111 schools at the same time as we have reduced ticket prices. With more than 2000 free tickets we hope to get a large crowd and create a great atmosphere as we look to stay at the top of the league against London Eastside Eagles this weekend”

Tickets are now £4 for adults and £2 for under-16’s for the rest of the season.
